All the dog boarding suites at Paws Chateau are custom-built with our guests’ every need considered. In addition to the standard amenities, owners can choose from a variety of spacious accommodations to make their pets feel at home. Daycare is available at no extra cost to well-mannered, socialized guests. Individual Play is available for a fee to those dogs that are not well-socialized or that prefer one-on-one playtime.

Extended Stay
Paws Chateau offers a 10% discount for dog boarding stays over 7 nights and provides a free bath on departure.
Check-In
Standard check-in time begins at 3:00pm Monday to Friday (until 1 hour before closing)* in order to allow sufficient time to properly sanitize and prepare each suite for its’ next guest. Early check-in is available Monday to Friday based on availability and there is a $36 (1/2 day of daycare) extra charge for early check-in.
Standard check-in time Saturday & Sunday is after 2pm until 5pm. Early check-in is available Saturday & Sunday based on availability and there is a $36 (1/2 day of daycare) extra charge for early check-in.
Please let a staff member know when you are making your reservation if you will need the Early Check In option. Please allow extra time in your schedule to ensure accuracy at check-in.

NEW CLIENTS MUST complete a Meet & Greet prior to their first dog boarding stay. This permanent profile helps us understand your pet’s background, personality and special needs so we can make his/her visit as safe and as comfortable as possible. In addition, to ensure accuracy, each client must complete a check-in menu for each stay. If providing your own food, please prepare and label (by name) each serving in a separate baggy for the entire length of the stay. If medicating, please properly label and provide all medication for the entire length of the stay.

Check-Out
Standard check-out time is by 12:00pm* Monday to Friday in order to allow sufficient time to properly sanitize and prepare each suite for its next guest that afternoon. Dogs not picked up prior to closing time will be considered overnight guests and be charged an additional night’s boarding stay. For security purposes, proper photo identification may be required to release any pet.
Late Check Out is available Monday to Friday based on availability and there is a $36 (1/2 day of daycare) extra charge for late check-out. Late check out must be scheduled when making your reservation.
Standard check-out time Saturday & Sunday is by 1pm. Late check-out is available Saturday & Sunday based on availability and there is a $36 (1/2 day of daycare) extra charge for early check-in.

We open and close promptly at the following times, with NO EXCEPTIONS:

Note: Paws Chateau cares for pet guests 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.
Temperament
Guests must possess a temperament that allows staff members to be able to properly care for them. Allowances may be made for specific temperament issues, but pets cannot pose a danger to staff members.
Health
In the best interest of all, each guest must meet our published vaccination requirements before admittance. Pets requiring vaccination updates must have the vaccination(s) administered prior to check in. Paws Chateau reserves the right to refuse admittance to any pet guest for any reason, at any time, who lacks proof of vaccinations, displays signs of untreated or potentially contagious conditions, demonstrates aggressive behavior, or who fails our standard health requirements.
Please Note: Out of state guests, please call Paws Chateau prior to arrival to discuss any additional requirements that may be needed before your pet can attend our facility.
Controlled Travel
In order to ensure each pet’s safety, ALL pets entering and exiting Paws Chateau must be on a leash or in a carrier until directed otherwise.
Belongings
Paws Chateau provides comfortable, clean bedding which comfort your pet and adhere to our strict standards. If you choose, you can bring your dogs own blanket but we do not allow dog beds or crate pads for sanitary reasons. (Limit 1 blanket per guest). Guests can also bring 1 toy item. The guest name needs to be clearly marked on each item they bring. We also recommend a t-shirt or item of clothing with your scent to help reduce separation anxiety.
We cannot guarantee safe return of all items you choose to bring.
Visitation
At Paws Chateau, our pet guests are on vacation. Visitation during dog boarding is both confusing and interruptive for the pet, and therefore, is highly discouraged.
Shuttle Service
We provide a Shuttle service Monday to Friday for all Daycare dogs. Ask a customer service associate for details and availability.
In-Room Dining
As recommended by our veterinary advisers, our guests are fed a high quality dry kibble (we do not provide canned food). You may choose to provide your dog’s own food, please see food prep directions below. We recommend you bring your dogs own food as dogs do best when keeping with their regular diet. We feed twice daily, in the morning and evening. Extraordinary preparations and additional feedings are subject to a small service fee. In the event your supply of food runs short and needs to be replenished, our standard food charge will apply. Due to the specific nutritional demands of puppies it is recommended these pets have their diets provided by the client.
Please prepare food as follows:
- Each meal’s serving size is prepared in a separate, sealed baggie and clearly labeled with your dog’s name on it for the entire length of the stay.
- If your dog gets chicken breast, vegetables or any other items mixed into their dry food these must be prepared in a separate, sealed baggie and clearly labeled with your pet’s name on it for the entire length of the stay.
- Canned wet food must clearly be labeled with your dog’s name on it for the entire length of the stay.
- Treats must clearly be labeled with your dog’s name on it
NOTE: We will not accept any food containers or bags of food containing more than one meal. IF FOOD IS NOT BAGGED, THERE IS A BAGGING FEE OF $2 PER MEAL.
Due to strict sanitation requirements, if your dog is on a Raw Diet the food MUST be individually bagged and labeled for each meal NO EXCEPTIONS. If the food is not bagged for each meal there will be an additional $5 per meal handling fee.
Please Note: It is recommended you limit the amount of food you provide your pet on the day of admission due to the natural excitement your pet may experience upon arrival at Paws Chateau. Likewise, food and water should be limited for the first hour or two after your pet arrives home. This will allow your pet sufficient time to settle down before feeding.

The trained staff at Paws Chateau understands that some of our guests may have special needs. Please feel free to discuss any special requirements with us when you make your reservation and we will do everything in our power to make sure your pet is taken care of and provided for.

*To ensure the comfort and well-being of all our dog guests, particularly our senior companions, please note our updated boarding requirements for older dogs. New dogs over 10 years of age wishing to board for the first time will need to provide a veterinarian’s note confirming their good physical health for boarding. This documentation is a necessary part of the Meet & Greet paperwork.
