We are an open play social environment, and safety is our #1 priority. While we adore all dogs, not all are a good fit for an open play setting. To understand your dog’s personality and social abilities, we require that all dogs complete a Meet & Greet prior to attending open play.
We schedule Meet & Greet appointments Monday through Friday in the mornings. We only schedule 3 per day to give your dog enough time to feel comfortable and meet all the dogs at their own pace. We don’t rush this process.
We require a $20 deposit to secure the Meet & Greet appointment. Please pay this at the time you make the Meet & Greet appointment. Once your dog completes the Meet & Greet, we will apply the $20 deposit to your dog’s profile to be used for future services.*
All vaccines, Rabies, DHPP & Bordetella (within the past 6 months) and fecal test results (within the past year) must be emailed to info@pawschateau.com prior to arrival for your meet & greet appointment.
Your dog will be hanging out with us for 2 hours. And, you can watch your dog from our doggie cams!
Step 1:

We will first introduce your dog to a calm and reserved day camp dog that attends Paws Chateau Day camp several times a week. We know these regular day campers, their personalities, and playstyles very well, so they are perfect for your dog’s Meet & Greet session.
Once your dog feels comfortable with the first dog, they’ll start meeting other dogs from the playgroup. If the dog does not react well with the first dog they meet, we will then reassess your dog’s social abilities before moving forward.
Step 2:
Please complete the form below to schedule your Meet & Greet appointment or call us. We look forward to meeting your dog!

* The $20 deposit is required to hold the Meet & Greet appointment for you.
Cancellations and reschedules of Meet & Greets MUST BE made at least 48 hours prior to the appointment for the deposit to be refunded. We cannot refund deposits for cancellations not made at least 48 hours before the appointment.
We are doing our best to keep up with all the new pandemic puppies and rescue and shelter dogs that have been adopted! To accommodate everybody, we are trying to fit all dogs into our schedule and discourage no-shows.
