We are very pleased with your service. First time away from Buster, we were quite nervous when we dropped him off, we watched your video cam and saw him enjoying company of other dogs. Few days have gone by, we e-mailed you to check on him and sure enough we received your reply with pictures of him resting on his cot because you noticed that he was tired of too much play time. We are happy that you pay attention to details regarding Buster because that is exactly how he is, he likes to watch other dogs play more than participating in the “running around”. When he got home, he was calm and back to our daily routine without any accident in the house, it means a lot to us because it shows that he was happy while he was away from home. I highly recommend Paws Chateau.

We felt it necessary to express our gratitude to Louise and the staff for providing a fantastic facility for dogs. When we adopted our dog, we had no idea how much energy he had and how hyper he was. But it soon became apparent that we just couldn’t tire him out. Then we received a flyer in the mail for doggy day care and we decided to give it a try. Just like that our prayers were answered. When Roscoe came home from a full day at day camp he was completely exhausted to the point where he didn’t even want to eat his dinner. He just flat out wanted to sleep. Since that first day Roscoe visits Paws two to three times a week enjoying every day like it was his first. It’s such a huge relief to have a place to take your dog to whether it’s a scheduled day or a last minute type of emergency. Also factor in they’ll be tired when you pick them up. Paws Chateau™ is a win win in our book.

My husband and I meet Louise and PAWS Chateau one year ago. We were new to Southern California. Our dogs, Hershe and Sutton needed boarding and daycare. Over the past year we have used PAWS on a regular basis for both boarding and daily daycare.
Louise has become a trusted caretaker of our two dogs. One of the many services she offers is taking a pet to a veterinary appointment. She has done this for us as well as administering medications. Louise always has a handle on what is going on with our Hershe and Sutton.
PAWS Chateau is a beautiful facility staffed with people who provide a loving and fun environment for our Hershe and Sutton. Louise has created a place with people that love our pets, take excellent care of our pets, and provide exercise with regular walks for our pets.
We are especially thankful to Louise for accepting Hershe into PAWS. Hershe isn’t suited for an open environment; however Louise figured out a way to let Hershe enjoy PAWS. This accommodation fulfilled our needs and it really means a lot to us. Hershe loves everyone at PAWS. Sutton has great interactions with other dogs and the staff in addition to getting the exercise he needs. Both our pets enjoy going to PAWS.
PAWS Chateau gives us the peace of mind that our pets are safe, well cared for and loved while we can’t be with them. Thank you Louise!

I really appreciate the care they provide for my pup. She is always well taken care of and comes home happy. The team is very positive and takes time to answer questions, even when you call right after the drop off!! I love the video feeds. Totally recommend!

I love that they know my dogs’ names as soon as we walk in the door, even if they haven’t seen us in a while (like YEARS when we took a break through Covid and then tried a spot closer to my husband’s office). We tried other doggy daycares and while the other staff was courteous and professional, we were just another nameless/faceless dog and person combo and there was no personalization. Felt like we were just $$ to the other spots rather than receiving the familial TLC that Paws Chateau provides.

I highly recommend paws chateau! they are so friendly! our dog Casey had a lot of fun playing with other dogs and made new friends .we were able to see him interact at play time by webcam and see him sleep at night. Casey normally has separation anxiety but was kept so busy he didn’t even miss us! he he even got a bubble bath before coming home! We now feel more comfortable traveling!

Charlie & Bailey (my 2 golden retreiver boys) love Paws. They have been going for several years. Louise, her family and all the employees have always been wonderful. My dogs love playing with the other dogs in a very safe and clean facility. I love being able to watch them on the Webcam. I’m so appreciative they can be washed and have their nails clipped while they are there. I’m extremely happy with all their services.

Our little dog enjoys coming to stay at Paws Chateau! He always runs right in, and this a good sign that he really likes his experience. It is fun to see him interact with the other doggies and I appreciate that all the dogs are nice and well-behaved. We are grateful to be able to leave our dog and know he is safe and having fun.

Paws Chateau is dream come true, for my puppy and me! Joey loves to go and play, and is all smiles every time. Louise and Peter love the doggies, and the staff is so wonderful. Many go to Goldenwest, and studying to be vets or work with animals. It really shows.
It’s the cutest darn place you’ll ever see, decorated like a doggy fairytale. It’s also the sparkling cleanest, most conscientiously run camp and pet hotel. I looked at a lot of places, and they are heads above. Heads. Above.

Louise is a certified trainer, and her sweet doggie Maeve is the ‘Activities Director’. Joey loves them and Peter. They welcome the doggies and introduce them to the play group in a most caring way. The doggie cams help parents with separation anxiety see how much fun the pups are having.
Our puppy has stayed over a few nights, had a great time and was very comfortable. The rooms are adorable with glass doors and comfy beds, nothing that feels like a cage. It’s a real comfort to know your pup is happy and safe here, being pampered and on a little vacation themselves.
I’m so happy to have found Paws Chateau. Joey loves you! Thank you so much Louise and Peter, and all your wonderful day ‘camp counselors’!

I have 4 small dogs that just spent 5 nights at Paws. They came home so happy and I can tell they had a blast. As a worried Mom, Paws put my mind at ease. They took the time to update me when I called to check in and the ability to watch them on the cameras was awesome! We are thrilled with Paws and will be back many more times! My dog loves Paws Chateau! She’s a little rescue dog and was a bit shy at first, but Louise, Peter and rest of the crew totally won her over after only a couple of visits. She loves coming to Paws Chateau and playing with all her new friends, human and canine. It’s a nice break for me and fun for her!

Charlie our 7 month old Goldendoodle gets excited when we drive up Paws Chateau. We always get welcomed like family by Louise or Peter. He has been to several 6 hr play days where he really didn’t want to leave. This weekend, he had a 2 night sleep over and got an A+ report card

Very clean, caring and professional environment. Dogs are running freely in big play area, and sleep in their own room at night, not in “cages” all day like other places. I completely trust Paws Chateau in taking care of my little one during our trip.

The owners Louise and Peter are devoted to their work and all of the furry boys and girls that come to stay for the day or longer. The staff is great with the dogs and you can tell they really enjoy being there with them. I trust them wholeheartedly and would recommend them highly to anyone that wants to socialize their dog in a safe, fun place!
